We aim to send out your order within 2 working days via a recognised courier service and will advise you directly if we are unable to do so and the reason for this.

Whilst we do monitor our shipments and advise by email if we suspect from the tracking there is a problem, as most of our orders are international, we do reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund in the event of an order being returned because the receiver was not available/ unable to be contacted.
